L'objectif Simera 50 mm f/1,4 noir de Thypoch est un objectif plein cadre polyvalent conçu pour les appareils photo à monture M. Il s'agit d'un objectif primaire vintage de longueur normale adapté à un usage quotidien. Cet objectif à mise au point entièrement manuelle offre une distance de mise au point minimale impressionnante de 17,7 pouces, ce qui permet de réaliser des gros plans détaillés. L'interrupteur de déclic d'ouverture situé sur le barillet permet des transitions transparentes entre les opérations douces et cliquées, ce qui rend cet objectif bien adapté à la vidéographie et à la photographie. Grâce aux revêtements multicouches et aux éléments à indice de réfraction élevé, la transmission de la lumière peut atteindre T1,5, ce qui permet d'obtenir des images éclatantes et fidèles aux couleurs, avec une réduction des aberrations chromatiques.
